Open roles
Work directly with our partner mechanics and tow operators. Triage live cases, run partner onboarding, verify KYC, resolve grievances. Hindi & Chhattisgarhi fluency required. This is the heartbeat of the operation.
Apply →Build and grow the partner network across Chhattisgarh and adjacent states. Recruit, onboard, train, and retain roadside professionals. 3+ years in ops/field sales for a logistics, quick-commerce, or mobility startup strongly preferred.
Apply →Own features end-to-end on our Frappe/Python stack. WhatsApp integrations, vendor dispatch logic, payment flows, analytics. Comfort with SQL, REST APIs, and a bias for shipping. Open-source contributions a plus.

How we hire
- Written intro (1 day) — send us an email with your background, what you're excited about, and links to your work. No resume template required.
- Conversation (1 week) — a 30–45 minute call to talk about the role, your experience, and whether the fit is mutual.
- Work sample (3-5 days) — a short practical exercise reflective of the actual work. We compensate for anything over 2 hours.
- Team round (1 week) — meet 2-3 people you'd work with. Technical deep-dive and culture fit.
- Offer & start — clear written offer with base, variable, and expectations. Two weeks' notice honour is standard.
We respond to every application within 5 business days, yes/no. We believe that's the minimum respect for your time.
